Jill Lawton has over 18 years of experience in the alcohol and cannabis industries. Jill began their career in 2002 as an On Premise Manager for Allied Domecq, where they managed all on premise activity in Connecticut and Rhode Island. Jill then moved to Next Level Marketing as the CT State Manager in 2007, where they profitably directed key account sales management program for Soyuz Victan U.S.A representing SV Silk Vodka. In 2008, they worked as Talent Brand Manager WWE Divas for WWE. In 2012, Lawton became Business Development Manager for Attack! and in 2016, they became Key Account Manager for Southern Glazer's Wine & Spirits. In 2020, Lawton worked as National VP of Sales for 88 Spirits Corp and Business Development Consultant for Think20 Labs. Currently, they are working as California Sales for Bucked Up and Brand Ambassador for Sundays.

Jill Lawton has an MBA from Grand Canyon University in Marketing and a Bachelor of Science from Western Connecticut State University in Health Science and Marketing.
