Rich Andersen

Rich Andersen has extensive experience in talent acquisition and recruitment within the solar and security industries. Currently serving in a role focused on talent acquisition and onboarding at SunEdison since August 2015, Rich has previously managed all recruiting for Brite Energy, staffing five company offices. As Chief Technical Recruiter at Vision Home Security, Rich successfully recruited for ten nationwide offices annually and developed training programs for residential alarm installation. Rich started as a Regional Technician at Icon Security, where responsibilities included recruiting and training talent for installing residential alarms. Educational background includes attendance at Manti High School and Utah Valley University.
