Ayşe Bahar Turan

Ayşe Bahar Turan is an experienced professional in project and product management, currently serving as Project Senior Lead at SunExpress since October 2025. Previously, as PPMO Manager at SAN TSG, Ayşe led a cross-functional team of over 15 members, managing B2B and B2C products and international client partnerships in the travel technology sector. Prior to this role, Ayşe worked at Rolls-Royce Power Systems AG from April 2015 to August 2024, where responsibilities included leading international IT and product initiatives, acting as a Transformation Coach for global programs, and overseeing production operations. Ayşe's career began with various roles in production management and internships, supported by a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from Istanbul University.
