Roushan Jha

Roushan Jha is a Human Resources professional with extensive experience in various roles within the field. Currently serving as a Human Resources Officer at Sunflag Iron & Steel Co Ltd since January 2024, Roushan previously held the position of Assistant Manager Human Resources at Re Sustainability Limited from October 2022 to January 2024. Prior to that, Roushan worked as a Human Resources Assistant at VARUN BEVERAGES LIMITED from March 2018 to October 2022 and as an HR & Admin Executive at VPS Computer from April 2014 to February 2018. Roushan holds a Master of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from Swami Vivekanand Subharti University, completed in 2020, and a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from Lalit Narayan Mithila University, obtained in 2012.
