Jim Donovan

Jim Donovan has extensive work experience in the financial industry. Jim began their career as a Credit Analyst at First City Acceptance in 1993. Jim then worked as a Director of Credit and Banking at Amerifee LLC from 1994 to 2000. Jim joined Capital One in 2000 as a Sr. Director of Credit and Risk Management until 2003. From 2004 to 2014, they co-founded and served as the Chief Operating Officer of Springstone Financial LLC. In 2014, they joined LendingClub as a Vice President, a role they held until 2017. Currently, Jim holds the position of Chief Operating and Risk Officer at Sungage Financial and is also a Board Member of the company, starting in 2015.

Jim Donovan completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in International Studies and Spanish from Stonehill College between 1991 and 1993. Jim then pursued a Master's degree in Administrative Studies from Boston College, which they completed in 2000. Prior to that, they attended Villanova University between 1989 and 1991, studying Business Administration.
