Dougal Russell

Dougal Russell has a wealth of experience in the hospitality and sustainability sectors. In 2020, they began working at SunGod as Head of Sustainability, Sustainability Manager, and Basecamp Manager. In 2018, they joined CABINISTA Travel Ltd as a Social Media Coordinator. In 2017, they began working at Loop Bar Tignes as PR, Social Media Manager, and Bar Staff, as well as THE NOMADIC FOOD COMPANY LIMITED as a Chef. In 2015, they joined Evolution 2 as Wilderness Camp Manager, where they were responsible for overseeing 10 staff members and ensuring great service for up to 140 guests each night. Prior to this, they worked at Hotelplan UK Ltd from 2014-2013 as a Chalet Host, where they were responsible for the wellbeing and satisfaction of 14 guests each week.

Dougal Russell attended Bedales School from 2009 to 2013. In 2018, they obtained a certification from Google Digital Garage.
