Oscar Ferrero

Oscar Ferrero has a diverse work experience in various industries. Oscar began their career as a Summer Intern at UT Tyler Power Plant in 2019, where they supervised control software and performed preventative maintenance. In 2020, they worked as an Information Technology Support Assistant at the University of Texas at Tyler, providing technical support to faculty and students. In 2021, they served as a Sales Engineer Intern at CREST Water Solutions, designing customized equipment and contacting vendors for new product lines. Oscar then joined Texas Tissue Converting as a Manufacturing Engineer in 2021, where they evaluated mechanical and electrical systems and improved manufacturing efficiency. Currently, Oscar is working at SunGrid as an Applications Engineer and Business Developer, contributing to the engineering and construction of renewable energy projects.

Oscar Ferrero attended the University of Texas at Tyler from 2017 to 2021, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
