Rajesh Rai

Rajesh Rai has extensive work experience in manufacturing operations. Rajesh currently serves as the Vice President-Manufacturing Operations at Sunjewels Private Limited. Prior to this, they worked as the General Manager Operations - Plant Head at SKH Group from 2016 to 2023. Rajesh also held the position of Plant Head - Operations at JK Files & Engineering Limited from 2014 to 2016. Rajesh has experience as a Senior Manager Operations at Gabriel India Limited from 2006 to 2014, and as an Assistant Manager at Tecumseh Products Company from 2005 to 2006. Before that, they worked as a Senior Executive at JBM Group and as an Assistant Engineer at Gajra Gears Pvt. Ltd.

Rajesh Rai received their ECP Strategy & Leadership for Senior Professionals degree from the Indian Institute of Management, Indore in 2024. Prior to that, they obtained an MBA degree in Operations Management from Indira Gandhi National Open University in 2015. In 2013, they completed their B.Tech. degree in Mechanical Engineering from Govt Engg College SATI, Vidisha. Before that, Rajesh earned a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from Govt.Polytechnic Institute Harda MP in 1996. Their education started with completing XII-AISSE with a focus on PCMB from Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya,Pawarkhera,MP & Kuknoor Karnataka from 1987 to 1993. Additionally, they have obtained additional certifications in Finance for Non-Finance Managers from IBS Business School, and Lead Assessor OHSAS and Lead Assessor QMS & EMS from Bureau Veritas and British Standards Institute BSI, respectively.
