Panagiotis Tselikis

Panagiotis Tselikis is an accomplished Payroll Manager with extensive experience in managing payroll operations across various organizations. Currently at Sunlight Group Energy Storage Systems since October 2023, Panagiotis leads a team of Payroll/HR Operations Specialists, oversees the in-house payroll process, and drives business transformation strategies. Previously, Panagiotis held a similar role at Metlen Energy & Metals from July 2017 to October 2023, where responsibilities included managing payroll for over 20 subsidiaries and playing a key role in the implementation of SAP SuccessFactors. Panagiotis has also contributed to the HR operations at Aluminium of Greece, starting as an HR/Payroll Assistant and advancing to Payroll Supervisor and Payroll & Benefits Supervisor. Academic qualifications include an Executive MBA and a Master of Science in Financial Analysis from the University of Piraeus, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Athens University of Economics and Business.
