Danielle Reynders

Danielle Reynders is a Senior Manufacturing Process Engineer at Sunlite Plastics, Inc. since April 2021, focusing on process and equipment qualifications, product validations, and troubleshooting PLC logic and extrusion processes. Prior to Sunlite, Danielle worked as a Manufacturing Engineer at Weldall Mfg., Inc. where responsibilities included project management and development of materials in ERP systems. Danielle's experience also includes a role as Senior Manufacturing Engineer at Eaton, emphasizing continuous improvement and quality evaluation, and as a Process Engineer at Cabot Microelectronics, overseeing extrusion processes and database management. Earlier in Danielle's career, as a Development Engineer at Trex Company, projects involved leading Six Sigma initiatives and R&D for new product lines. Danielle holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Michigan Technological University, completed in 2003.
