Sarini Fernando

Sarini Fernando is an experienced educator and professional with a strong background in English language teaching and recruitment. Currently serving as an ELL Teacher at Sunmarke School since February 2024, Sarini previously held the position of Student Recruitment Officer at IU Business School - UAE from September 2023 to March 2024, where responsibilities included achieving enrolment targets, managing communications with prospects, and conducting market research. Sarini also contributed as a Lecturer in English at ESOFT Metro Campus from December 2021 to December 2022. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in English, Management, and Sociology from the University of Peradeniya and a Master's in Linguistics from the University of Kelaniya, as well as a Postgraduate Degree in International Relations from the Bandaranayake Center for International Studies.
