Jessica Ivoneth Tovar Núñez has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Starting in 1998, they worked in customer service at Compensar until 2004. Jessica Ivoneth then joined Centro Policlínico Del Olaya as an HR Analyst, where they implemented HR processes and policies, managed employee well-being and training, and negotiated with suppliers. In 2009, they became a Senior Contracting Analyst - Salaries at Keralty, handling recruitment processes, payroll, and social security. From 2012 to 2014, they served as a Coordinator of Personnel Services at Farmacias Cruz Verde Chile, ensuring compliance with HR indicators and providing comprehensive support to employees. Jessica Ivoneth then moved to Farmacias Cruz Verde as a Deputy Director of Compensation and Structure, leading the design and implementation of benefits, compensation, payroll, social security, and staffing systems. Currently, they hold the position of HR Latam at SunMedia, overseeing regional HR processes, compliance, compensation, benefits, occupational health and safety, well-being activities, and training implementation.

Jessica Ivoneth Tovar Núñez completed a Master's degree in Human Resources Management and Talent Digitalization at the Instituto Europeo de Posgrado - IEP from 2018 to 2019.
