Mónica began their education journey in 1992 at the Universidad de Córdoba, where they pursued and obtained a Diploma in Educational Sciences. Following that, from 1995 to 1998, they attended the Universidad de Jaén and earned a Bachelor's degree in Psychology. Mónica furthered their studies at the same institution, completing a Master's degree in Human Resources Management and Administration from 1998 to 1999.
