Elisa Duboc de Albuquerque

Elisa Duboc de Albuquerque is a skilled professional with extensive experience in operations, people management, and community leadership. Currently serving as the Head of People & Culture and Head of Operations at Sunne Energias Renováveis since August 2021, Elisa has also been a Community Leader at Startup Weekend since 2018, focusing on organizing events and mentoring participants. Previous roles include Digital Consultant at Sucré, where Elisa led digital transformation efforts, and analyst positions at EloGroup and Casa Azul Ventures, contributing to innovation projects and community engagement.
