Reiel Haugland

Reiel Haugland possesses extensive experience in the banking and innovation sectors, having held multiple leadership roles at SpareBank 1 Sogn og Fjordane since 2007, including Prosjektleder inntreden SpareBank 1, Teknologidirektør, and Digital direktør. Haugland currently serves as a board member for Sunnfjord Utvikling AS and Eigedomsmekling Sogn og Fjordane, and has been involved with NCE Finance Innovation and IT-Forum Vest as a board member and advisory board member, respectively. Haugland's education includes an Executive MBA in Technology and Innovation from the Norwegian School of Economics, a course on Artificial Intelligence from MIT Sloan School of Management, and a Bachelor's degree in Information and Media from Volda University College.
