Prior to that, they served as the Director of Global Digital Marketing & Media at Travel + Leisure Co., overseeing digital campaigns and customer engagement strategies. Fred also worked as the Director of Digital CRM, Loyalty & Data Insights at Darden, where they maximized the value of customer data and conducted multi-channel campaigns.
