Hector D. has extensive work experience in various leadership roles. Currently, they are the Vice President of Operations and Maintenance at Sunnova Energy where they are involved in creating a better energy service. Prior to this, Hector worked as the Vice President of Global Services at Cameron and Vice President of Global Manufacturing & Service Operations at NCR Corporation. Hector also served as the Vice President of Supply Chain at Tesco Corporation. Earlier in their career, Hector held positions such as the Director of Global Operations and Supply Chain at PAC and General Manager at DHL – Exel Supply Chain. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated strong management and operational skills, achieving significant improvements in customer deliveries and operational efficiency.

Hector D. completed their MBA in Executive MBA, Global Leadership from the University of Houston, C.T. Bauer College of Business in 2017. Prior to that, they obtained a BSB/A in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix in Tucson, Arizona, graduating in 2007.
