Joshua Leblanc

Joshua LeBlanc is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in safety, emergency management, and organizational development. Currently serving as the Director of Safety and Emergency Management at Sunnova Energy since March 2022, Joshua has also held roles as Senior Manager of Training Development and Training Manager. Prior to this, Joshua worked at EveryWarrior as Vice President and Director of Development, focusing on personal and leadership development initiatives. Joshua's background includes significant experience in the United States Air Force, where a notable career spanned over two decades in various security and training roles, culminating in a position as Superintendent of Standards and Evaluations. Educational credentials include a Master of Science in Organizational Development & Leadership and a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice and Corrections from the University of the Incarnate Word, along with two associate degrees from the Community College of the Air Force.
