Mustafa Koten

Mustafa Koten is an experienced IT Project Manager currently at Sunnova Energy since September 2023. Previously, Koten held several key roles including Director of Data Analytics & Salesforce Operations at Atlantic Media/National Journal, where significant contributions included the development of the first e-commerce platform and implementation of machine learning for Salesforce. Koten has also managed transitions between major financial systems, enhanced sales operations, and improved data analytics and client engagement strategies across multiple organizations. With a strong educational background, including an MBA from The George Washington University and a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering from Bilkent University, Koten demonstrates a solid foundation in operations and strategy.
