Program Manager at Sunny Days

Jaime Johnson began their career in 2005 as an Intensive Behavioral Intervention (IBI) Senior Tutor for the Center for Autism Research, Evaluation and Services (C.A.R.E.S.) and Capistrano School District. In 2011, they joined Sunny Days as a Program Manager, where they achieved operational objectives by contributing information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; prepared and completed action plans; implemented production, productivity, quality, and standards, resolved problems; identified trends; determined system improvements; implemented change. Additionally, they updated their job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; read professional publications; maintained personal networks, and participated in professional organizations. Jaime also accepted ownership for accomplishing new and different requests, and explored opportunities to add value to job accomplishments. In the same year, they were also appointed as an ABA Behavior Supervisor.

Jaime Johnson attended California State University, Fullerton, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Human Services in 2009, followed by a Master of Science (M.S.) in Education with Emphasis in Special Education in 2011.
