Nicole Heid

Nicole Heid is a highly experienced special education expert with a career spanning over two decades. Nicole has served as the owner of Nicole P. Heid Consulting, LLC since September 2000, providing consultation and advocacy for students, families, and teachers navigating special education. Currently, Nicole also works as an Early Intervention Specialist at Sunny Days; Innovative Interventions since November 2019 and supervises student teachers at Ramapo College of New Jersey since January 2012. Previous roles include Interim Director of Special Services at Verona Public Schools, Senior Program Manager at Public Consulting Group, and Director of Special Services at both Emerson Public Schools and Nutley Board of Education. Nicole's educational background includes a Master of Arts in Special Education from Teachers College, Columbia University, and a Master of Arts in Educational Leadership and Administration from Montclair State University.
