Gineen Douglas

Gineen Douglas is an accomplished fundraising leader with extensive experience in direct marketing and community engagement. Currently serving as Executive Director of Community Giving at Sunnybrook since July 2025, Gineen previously held significant roles at Heart & Stroke, including Vice President for Direct Marketing and Gaming, where notable achievements included enhancing donor acquisition and overseeing the Ontario lottery and Nova Scotia gaming initiatives. Earlier in the career, Gineen gained valuable marketing expertise at Rogers Communications and TELUS, developing strategies for customer acquisition and direct marketing campaigns. Gineen's educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Guelph and various marketing and design certifications.
