Hon Leong

Hon Leong currently serves as Chief Executive Officer and Co-Founder at YEX Inc., leading efforts in the manufacturing of biologics with a focus on sustainability. In addition to this role, Hon Leong is a Co-Team Leader for the Terry Fox Research Institute's PPG for Neuroendocrine Tumors and has held the position of Senior Scientist at Sunnybrook since May 2019. As an Associate Professor at the University of Toronto in the Department of Medical Biophysics, Hon Leong fosters academic growth and research innovation. Previous appointments include Associate Professor at Mayo Clinic and Western University, along with significant contributions at the London Health Sciences Centre as an Adjunct Professor. Hon Leong's academic credentials include multiple degrees from The University of British Columbia and the University of Alberta, alongside several prestigious fellowships awarded throughout a distinguished research career.
