Kathy Pritchard has a distinguished career in medical oncology and academia, currently serving as a Medical Oncologist at Sunnybrook Health Sciences Centre since July 1987, with courtesy privileges. In addition, Kathy has held the position of Medical Legal Consultant at Dr. Kathleen I Pritchard Medical Professional Corporation since 1990. As a Senior Scientist at Sunnybrook Research Institute since April 2003, Kathy's special interests include breast cancer, clinical trials, correlative studies, and health services research. Furthermore, Kathy’s academic contributions are recognized as Professor Emerita at the University of Toronto, where involvement spans various roles including Departmental Division Director of Medical Oncology. Educational background includes a Doctor of Medicine degree from Queen's University (1971) and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Biology and Psychology from the same institution (1968).
