Kaustubh Sinha is an experienced Assistant Project Manager at Sunnybrook since January 2021, overseeing senior technical teams and managing critical risks for clinical trials while adapting project timelines to meet milestones. Previously, as an R&D Engineer, Kaustubh implemented advanced data analysis techniques and developed innovative calibration systems. Kaustubh also held various roles, including Technical Intern at GAOTek Inc. and Program Developer at the University of Alberta, showcasing strong communication and leadership abilities. Throughout an academic career featuring research in flexible electronics and roles in student organizations, including President of the Indian Students' Association and Vice President of the University of Alberta nanoGroup, Kaustubh has demonstrated a commitment to collaboration and mentoring. Kaustubh holds an MSc in Photonics & Optoelectronics from the University of Alberta and a Bachelor of Engineering from PES University.
