Lori Brady has a diverse range of work experience in the healthcare sector. Lori currently holds the position of Vice President, Community Integration, Partnerships & Ambulatory Care at Sunnybrook, starting in July 2023. Prior to that, they worked as an Adjunct Lecturer at the University of Toronto in the Institute of Health Policy, Management & Evaluation and School of Rehab Sciences since September 2016. From October 2020 to July 2023, they worked as the Senior Clinical Program Director at Unity Health Toronto, specializing in Seniors Health & Ambulatory Care. Lori also has experience as a Director at Markham Stouffville Hospital, Central East Local Health Integration Network, and Central Community Care Access Centre. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Clinical Planner at North York General Hospital and as an Advanced Practice Physiotherapist at Toronto East General Hospital. Lori Brady's extensive work experience demonstrates their expertise in various healthcare roles.
Lori Brady obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Kinesiology from Western University in 2002. Lori then pursued a Master of Science degree in Physiotherapy from McMaster University, which they completed in 2004. In 2010, Lori earned a Master's degree in Health Administration (MHSc) from the University of Toronto, with a focus on the Institute of Health Policy, Management and Evaluation. Additionally, they have obtained various certifications, including becoming a Registered Physiotherapist in 2004, a Certified Health Executive (CHE) in 2012, and a Project Management Professional (PMP) in 2013. Most recently, they completed a Community Health Leadership Program from the University of Toronto's Rotman School of Management and became a Schwartz Rounds Facilitator from The Schwartz Center for Compassionate Healthcare in 2022.
