Natalie Kouyoumdjian serves as the Director of Health Records at Sunnybrook, a position held since January 2025. Prior experience includes managerial roles at Unity Health Toronto, where responsibilities encompassed serving as the HIM Lead for the electronic patient record system and overseeing various Health Records sites. At the University Health Network, Natalie functioned as a Senior Advisor in the Privacy Office, actively contributing to the implementation of a comprehensive privacy program and providing guidance on privacy by design solutions. Additional roles included supervisory and analytical positions within Health Record Services, where efforts focused on workflow improvement and data integrity. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Health Administration in Health Information Management from Ryerson University and a Health Information Management diploma from George Brown College.
