Ricco Bhasin

Ricco Bhasin is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in financial services transactions. Currently serving as Partner and Co-Head of the Financial Services Transactions Group at Torys LLP since September 2011, Ricco specializes in private and public M&A transactions, encompassing both international and domestic deals, along with governance and advisory roles for boards and senior management. In addition to legal practice, Ricco holds the position of Vice Chair of the Board of Directors at William Osler Health System since April 2018, contributing to governance and audit committees. Prior to Torys, Ricco practiced as an M&A Lawyer at Dechert LLP and as a Corporate Associate at Stikeman Elliott LLP. Ricco holds a JD from Queen's University and a BBA in Finance from Schulich School of Business - York University.
