Dr. Robert Bell

Dr. Robert Bell has extensive work experience in various leadership and human resources roles. Dr. Robert is currently serving as the Chief Administrative Officer for The Annenberg Foundation Trust at Sunnylands, where they oversee the human resources, finance, and information technology divisions. Prior to this, they were the Managing Partner at Robert Bell & Associates, a consulting firm specializing in leadership, human resources, and executive coaching for public sector and non-profit clients. Dr. Robert also served as the Chief Human Resources & Talent Officer for Wunderman/Thompson - Salesforce Center of Excellence. In addition, Dr. Bell has held positions as the City Manager and HR Director for the City of Redwood City, where they oversaw all city departments and led the human resources department. Dr. Robert has also worked as a Professor Adjunct at the University of San Francisco and as the HR Director for the City of Burlingame. Dr. Bell began their career at McKesson, where they held various HR positions.

Dr. Robert Bell has a Doctorate in Education (Ed. D.) with a focus on Organization Leadership from the University of San Francisco. Dr. Robert also holds a Master of Public Administration (MPA) degree in Public Administration from California State University, Northridge.

Additionally, Dr. Bell has obtained several certifications. Dr. Robert is DISC Certified by PeopleKeys, Inc., a Certified Instructional Design & Trainer by the Association for Talent Development (ATD), and a Certified Executive Coach by the Center for Executive Coaching. Dr. Robert is also a Credentialed City Manager through the International City/County Management Association (ICMA) and holds a Master Certification in Labor Relations from the California Public Employee Relations institution. Furthermore, Dr. Bell possesses a Private Investigator License issued by the Secretary of State California and holds a Workplace Investigations Certification from the Association of Workplace Investigators.
