Kelli Gacic

Kelli Gacic, LCSW, serves as the Lead Mental Health Professional for the AWARE Team at Sunnyside Unified School District since July 2019, focusing on the evaluation and implementation of the SAMHSA Project AWARE grant and providing training in mental health practices for district staff. Additionally, Kelli has been a Faculty Associate Field Liaison at Arizona State University since August 2014, instructing courses on advanced social work practice and coordinating educational experiences for Master of Social Work students. Previous roles include Clinical Program Coordinator and Child/Adolescent Therapist at COPE Community Services, Quality Assurance & Business Manager at Pima Prevention Partnership, and multiple positions at Arizona State University, including Motivational Interviewing Coder and Trainer. Kelli holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and Psychology from the University of Arizona and a Master of Social Work from Arizona State University, specializing in Policy, Administration, and Community Practice.
