Alexis Doucette

Alexis Doucette is an experienced educator with a diverse background in teaching and curriculum development. Currently serving as a Kindergarten Teacher for Sunnyvale School District since August 2015, Alexis collaborates on lesson plans and supports Project Based Learning initiatives. Previously, as an Instructional Coach for Sunnyvale School District from 2012 to 2014, Alexis led training for Math and Language Arts Leadership Teams and collaborated with site-level coaches. Additional experience includes teaching First Grade at Sunnyvale Elementary School District and Second Grade at Palo Alto Unified School District, as well as developing curriculum for various grade levels at Mountain View-Whisman School District. Alexis also worked as a Community Relations Manager at Edventure More, fostering partnerships to enhance scientific learning opportunities. A graduate of San Jose State University with a Master's degree in Educational Leadership and Administration, Alexis's educational background includes credentials and degrees from multiple institutions, emphasizing a strong foundation in communication and education.
