Tony Valladares

Tony Valladares serves as the Director of HSE at NuStar Energy L.P. since August 2023, bringing extensive experience in health, safety, security, and environmental management. Previously, Tony held the position of Director of Health, Safety, Security and Environmental at Kern Energy CA from January 2022 to July 2023, and owned Saferis Safety Services, focusing on private consulting from May 2016 to January 2022. Prior roles include Regional Head of HSSE at VAALCO Energy, Inc. and EHSR Manager at Noble Energy, where management of a multi-million dollar budget and oversight of numerous employees and consultants were key responsibilities. Earlier experience includes positions at Hunt Oil Company, Noble Drilling, and Wadleigh Energy Group, highlighting a strong foundation in environmental health and safety across various sectors.
