Tai-Teh Ju has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Tai-Teh started their career as a General Affairs Manager and Project Manager at Techlink Ltd. in 1999, where they negotiated contracts, managed project rollouts, and handled sub-contractor management. From 2000 to 2002, they worked at Mycom International as a Site Acquisition Manager and Assistant Field Manager, overseeing sub-contractor management, contract negotiations, and project completion. Following that, from 2003 to 2004, they served as a Senior Sales Specialist at Taiwan Golden Bee Co. Ltd., where they tracked buying trends, analyzed sales data, and developed long-term marketing strategies. At Sunon from 2004 to 2007, they worked as a Program Manager and Regional Sales Manager. In this role, they managed procurement activities, developed Asian supplier relationships, and monitored pipelines for production, quality, and pricing. Tai-Teh then joined Xcelaero Corp. in 2007 as the General Manager of the CFBU, where they led the development and implementation of global sourcing strategies in the Pacific Rim. From 2009 to 2011, they worked as the Supply Chain Manager at Crane Electronics, where they created and executed global supply chain strategies, identified and maintained suppliers, and achieved cost targets. Finally, since 2011, Tai-Teh Ju has been working at SUNON as the Assistant Director of the Strategic Account Business Division.

Tai-Teh Ju attended Hwa Chong Junior College from 1990 to 1991 and obtained a GCE "A" degree. Following this, they attended the University of Dubuque from 1991 to 1994, where they earned a BBA in Business Administration and Marketing. Tai-Teh then pursued further education at the University of Northern Iowa from 1994 to 1996, completing an MBA degree.
