Danielle Duzan

Danielle Duzan is an accomplished Human Resources professional with extensive experience in leadership roles. Currently serving as Chief Human Resources Officer at SunOpta since June 2025, Danielle has a history of progressive responsibilities at Polaris Inc., where tenure included roles such as Vice President of Human Resources, HR Director, and Senior Human Resources Manager from September 2015 to June 2025. Prior experience includes a position as Human Resources Manager and Senior Human Resources Generalist at Honeywell from August 2010 to November 2014. Danielle holds a Master of Arts in Human Resources and Industrial Relations from the University of Minnesota Carlson School of Management and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Psychology from the University of Minnesota Duluth.
