Levi Pomerantz

Levi Pomerantz is an experienced professional with a strong background in continuous improvement and project engineering. Currently serving as the Continuous Improvement Manager at SunOpta since March 2022, Levi previously held the position of Senior Project Engineer. Prior experience includes a tenure at Bob's Red Mill from February 2017 to March 2022 as a Maintenance Foreman, and earlier roles as a Journeyman Plant Manufacturing Electrician at the same company from May 2008 to March 2022. Levi's career began at Robert Bosch Corporation from 2001 to 2007 in Industrial Maintenance. Levi holds a Master of Science in Quality Engineering & Management and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Management and Applied Engineering, both from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale.
