Ariela's personal accolades include being honoured in the Top 40 Under 40 in the South Florida Business Journal as the established leader. She has authored many articles on lien rights, including Best Practices, that have appeared in magazines such as Construction Executive, Coatings Pro, and the LBM Journal. She was also a speaker at the Southeast Builders Conference. She also participated in The Blue Book's The Who's Who in Building & Construction.
