Dhanraj Pandagale

Dhanraj Pandagale has been working in the IT industry since 2019. Dhanraj began their career as a US IT Recruiter at Dash Technologies Inc, where they were experienced in all aspects of full-cycle recruiting, including requirement gathering, sourcing, resume evaluation, phone screening, interviewing, rate negotiations, and extending offers. Dhanraj also had in-depth knowledge and experience using search engines and job portals such as DICE, Monster, Career Builder, Tech Fetch, and social networks like LinkedIn, Indeed, etc. Dhanraj also had the ability to research new emerging technologies to gain better exposure in the industry. In 2020, they moved to Sunray Infosys Inc, where they currently hold the role of Team Lead.

Dhanraj Pandagale completed a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from Swami Ramanand Teerth Marathwada University between 2015 and 2018. Dhanraj then went on to pursue a Master of Business Administration in Human Resources Management and Services from Savitribai Phule Pune University between 2021 and 2023.
