Leslie Steiner

Leslie Steiner serves as the Executive Director of Southwest Florida for Sunrise Community, Inc., since September 2014, overseeing operations across multiple cities and collaborating with various state agencies. Previously, Leslie held the position of Area Director at Sunrise Community of Southwest Florida Inc. since February 2007, focusing on providing a comprehensive human services program for individuals with developmental disabilities. From June 2005 to February 2007, Leslie worked as a Support Coordinator at Anabi, Inc., managing services for individuals on the Home and Community Based Waiver. Prior experience includes roles at Sandy Park Development Center, starting as Administrator and progressing from Program Services Director to overseeing various operational aspects. Leslie began the professional journey as a Case Manager for individuals with developmental disabilities at Sandy Park Development Center from January 1994 to January 1996. Leslie holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Palm Beach Atlantic University, earned between 1988 and 1992.
