Akshay Ghai

Akshay Ghai is a seasoned procurement professional with extensive experience in the food and electronics industries. Currently serving as a Procurement Specialist at Sunrise Farms since September 2025, Akshay has previously held the position of Procurement and Product Management Associate at Maple Leaf Foods Inc from June 2022 to September 2025, and worked as a Purchase Manager at R.G. Electronics from August 2017 to March 2022. Akshay holds a Master’s Degree in International Business from the University of Auckland, attained between 2015 and 2016, as well as a Bachelor of Technology in Electronics and Telecommunications from Bharati Vidyapeeth, completed in 2014.
