Garen Darbinyan

Garen Darbinyan is an experienced production and operations manager with a strong background in the food manufacturing industry. Currently serving as a Senior Production Manager at Sunrise Farms since January 2023, Garen oversees Profit and Loss responsibilities for a processing facility and manages capital expense budgets. Prior experience includes roles as Production Supervisor at Old Dutch Foods, where Garen focused on employee motivation and operational efficiency, and Plant Manager at Cococo Chocolatiers, coordinating production and quality assurance. Garen also held supervisory positions at Saputo Inc. and was an Accounts Payable Accountant at Quikrete Canada, showcasing a diverse skill set in both production management and financial oversight. Garen holds an MBA from the American University of Armenia and a Bachelor of Commerce from the Armenian State University of Economics.
