Becca Rast

Becca Rast currently serves as the Managing Director at Justice Democrats and Organize for Justice since January 2021, and holds the position of Treasurer on the C4 Board at the Sunrise Movement since August 2020. Previously, Becca Rast was the National Field Director for Bernie Sanders For President from April 2019 to April 2020 and worked as the Campaign Manager for Jess King for Congress between July 2017 and November 2018. Additionally, Becca Rast co-founded Lancaster Stands Up, a community organization formed after Donald Trump's election, and acted as the Youth Engagement Coordinator at 350.org from January 2014 to June 2017, where support was given to the Fossil Fuel Divestment movement. Educationally, Becca Rast obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Studies from Brown University from 2009 to 2013 and served as a Teaching Assistant at the same institution during that time. Early experience includes roles at Jobs With Justice as a Summer Organizing Intern and Youth Board Member.
