Celia Cody-Carrese

Celia Cody-Carrese is a dedicated professional with a strong background in talent development, volunteer coordination, and communication. Currently serving as a Talent Success Specialist at SADA since March 2024, Celia focuses on enhancing employee development through various initiatives, including onboarding and training. As a volunteer Hub Coordinator for the Sunrise Movement since May 2019, Celia manages local climate justice organizing efforts, develops onboarding presentations, and coordinates community activities. Previous experience includes roles as People Operations Coordinator at SADA, Communications Supervisor, and Outreach & Communications Coordinator at Food Forward, as well as various positions at UCLA and USGBC-Los Angeles, emphasizing sustainability, project management, and excellent customer service. Celia holds a Bachelor's degree in Geography from UCLA, completed in 2018.
