Michelle Lewis

Michelle Lewis has extensive experience in environmental advocacy and public service. Currently serving as the Distributed Organizing Team Coordinator and Long Beach Hub Coordinator for the Sunrise Movement since October 2020, Michelle has also contributed to the Arts Council for Long Beach as a Public Art Intern and worked with the City of Long Beach in various engineering roles. In addition, Michelle has held positions with the Asian Creative Network, FESS Energy, Inc., and the American Council on Renewable Energy, focusing on community engagement, event coordination, and energy efficiency research. Michelle earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Sustainable Energy Management from Unity Environmental University, where involvement included roles such as Sustainability Ambassador and Student Research Assistant.
