Stephen Tannenbaum

Stephen Tannenbaum is a professional in real estate investment, currently serving as an Associate at Southern Realty Trust and Tannenbaum Capital Group since February 2024, and also as an Associate at Sunrise Realty Trust since July 2024. Stephen’s previous experience includes roles as an Investment Banking Analyst at Seaport Global Holdings LLC from July 2021 to June 2023, and a Credit Analyst intern at BC Partners in the summer of 2020. Stephen gained foundational financial skills as a Private Wealth Management Summer Analyst at Morgan Stanley in 2019 and as a Finance Intern/Project Manager at Bravo Inc. in 2018. Education credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Economics from The Wharton School, with concentrations in Operations and Information Management, Entrepreneurship & Innovation, and Finance, completed in May 2021. Additionally, Stephen serves on the Advisory Board of RetinalGeniX Technologies, Inc. since November 2023.
