Cphr Tannis Magnusson

Tannis Magnusson, CPHR, has a diverse work experience. Tannis is currently working as the Education Director (Principal) at the Adult Learning Centres in Sunrise School Division since September 2020. Prior to this, they held various roles at Robertson College, including Director of Campus Operations and Acting Campus Director. Tannis also served as the Manager of Education in the Online Division of Robertson College. Before joining Robertson College, Tannis worked as the Manager of Learning & Development at Bison Transport Inc. and as an Organization Development Consultant at Loewen. Tannis was also the Director of Learning & Development at Northbridge Financial Corporation and the Manager of Corporate Training at Federated Insurance Company of Canada. Tannis has experience working as both a Change Management Training Specialist and Staff Development Consultant at Manitoba Public Insurance. Tannis also worked as an Employee Development Coordinator at New Flyer Industries. Tannis started their career as a GED Instructor and Substitute Teacher at St. Vital School Division and later worked as a Curriculum Developer/Instructor at Anokiiwin Training Institute Inc.

Tannis Magnusson, CPHR, completed their Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) degree at The University of Winnipeg in 1992. Tannis also obtained a Permanent Professional Teaching Certificate from the Government of Manitoba in June 1992. Furthermore, they recently obtained their CPHR certification from CPHR Manitoba in June 2021.
