Eric McQuillan Pcha

Eric McQuillan PCHA has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Eric has served as a Sales Director at Sunrise Senior Living since 2023. Prior to that, they worked as the Director of Admissions at The Hill at Whitemarsh starting in 2017. In this role, Eric was responsible for managing admissions to the skilled nursing facility and establishing relationships with healthcare organizations to increase census.

Before joining The Hill at Whitemarsh, Eric worked as a Community Liaison at BAYADA Home Health Care from 2016 to 2017. Eric developed relationships with healthcare professionals to increase referrals for the hospice program and promoted Bayada's presence in the community by attending events and expos.

From 2013 to 2016, Eric served in roles at Watermark Retirement Communities. Eric was the Admissions Director, responsible for managing the admissions department and working with families and insurance providers. Eric also managed the Ambassador Program, focused on enhancing patient satisfaction. Prior to this, they were an Admissions Coordinator and received the 2014 Thrive Award for their exceptional commitment to creating extraordinary communities.

In 2012 and 2013, Eric took time to travel, and from 2010 to 2012, they worked as the Youth and Amateur Hockey Coordinator for the Philadelphia Flyers. In this role, they generated leads and closed sales, achieving top ticket sales for the Flyers/Rangers Alumni Game.

Eric McQuillan PCHA attended Penn State Abington in 2022 to study Personal Care Home Administration. Prior to that, in 2020, they briefly attended the University of Phoenix. In 2006, they graduated from Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Organizational Communication. Additionally, Eric has obtained several certifications, including Assisted Living Administrator from the Department of Human Services SA in 2023 and Basic Life Support and First Aid from the American Red Cross in January 2023. Eric also holds a certification as a Personal Care Home Administrator from the Department of Human Services SA, obtained in 2022.
