Haylee Berry

Haylee Berry is an experienced professional in talent management and leadership development, currently serving as the Leadership Development Program Manager and previously as the Talent Management Specialist at Sunrise Senior Living since February 2020. Prior experience includes a significant role as Lead Staffing Manager at Home Care Assistance of Missouri from August 2014 to February 2020, where Haylee led a merger integration, developed recruitment strategies, and improved caregiver staffing, resulting in substantial increases in caregiver introductions and follow-ups. Earlier career experience includes management positions at McDonald's, where Haylee was responsible for operational oversight and enhancing customer satisfaction. Haylee holds a Master’s Degree in Communication Management from Webster University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Public Communication from Truman State University.
