Liliana Simpson

Liliana Simpson's work experience includes being a Lead Care Manager & Medication Tech at Sunrise Senior Living since October 2019. Liliana also worked as a Radiology Scheduler at Southwest Medical Imaging, LTD from May 2021 to January 2022. Prior to that, they were a Customer Service Specialist at Best Buy from July 2017 to October 2019, where they focused on monitoring customer satisfaction levels and developing methods to increase them. Liliana demonstrated effective communication skills in person, over the phone, and via text, as well as strong leadership and problem-solving abilities in resolving customer complaints. Liliana has a collaborative and team-oriented work style.

Liliana Simpson's education history includes a High School Diploma from Perry High School, obtained between 2017 and 2019. Liliana then pursued an Associate's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from Chandler/Gilbert Community College, which they completed between 2019 and 2021. Liliana continued their education at the same college and obtained another Associate's degree in Registered Nursing, Nursing Administration, Nursing Research, and Clinical Nursing, which they completed between 2021 and 2023. Currently, Liliana is studying at Grand Canyon University, working towards a Bachelor of Science degree in Registered Nursing/Registered Nurse, which is expected to be completed between 2021 and 2024.

In addition to their formal education, Liliana has obtained several certifications. Liliana is a Certified Nursing Assistant, certified by the Arizona Nursing Board in May 2019. Liliana also holds a certification in Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers (BLS) from the American Heart Association, obtained in May 2023. Furthermore, Liliana is a Certified Alzheimer Caregiver (CAC), certified by Sunrise Senior Living sometime in 2019. Liliana also has a Fingerprint Clearance certification from the Arizona Department of Health Services, obtained in October 2018.
