Paul Coco possesses extensive leadership experience in the senior living and hospitality sectors, with a career spanning over three decades. Currently serving as Executive Director at Sunrise Senior Living in Arlington, MA since November 2017, Paul oversees operations for a large facility, focusing on occupancy growth, leadership development, and employee morale. Previously, Paul held various roles at Sunrise Senior Living, including Regional Director of Operations and Senior Executive Director, where responsibilities included business management, strategic development, and quality assurance. Additional experience includes serving as Executive Director at Brightview Senior Living, District Manager at Unidine, and Dining Services Director at Erickson Living, contributing to significant operational successes. Earlier roles in human resources management at Hecht's Department Stores and Macy's laid a strong foundation in staffing and employee relations.
