Shalinder Singh

Shalinder Singh, CHA, possesses extensive experience in asset management and finance within the hospitality industry, currently serving as Senior Vice President of Asset Management at Sunrise Senior Living since June 2022. Previously, Shalinder held senior roles at Discovery Land Company, including Senior Vice President of Finance and Asset Management, and was Vice President of Asset Management at DiamondRock Hospitality. Additional experience includes asset management at Goldman Sachs and various leadership positions focused on hotel openings and operations at PM Hotel Group, along with internships at IDeaS, Four Seasons Washington D.C., Fairmont Hotels and Resorts, and The Oberoi Group of Hotels. Shalinder's educational background includes a Master of Management in Hotel Administration from Cornell University and a Bachelor's in Commerce from Delhi University, complemented by training at the Oberoi Centre of Learning & Development.
